App Versus Browser: Trade-offs
The native Android APK offers offline cache, so league standings and fixture schedules remain visible without an internet connection; push notifications alert you to game information changes and Liga 1 match starts. Browser access on iOS and desktop avoids installation but requires a live connection and takes slightly longer to load due to routing through Safari or Chrome. Both paths receive the same odds, markets, and account access. The APK auto-updates when we release patches; browser users get the latest build on refresh. If you switch devices frequently, the web app requires no installation and synchronises your account instantly. Android users who disable auto-update can miss security patches, so we recommend keeping "auto-update" enabled in your device settings.
Device Compatibility and Minimum Requirements
We support Android 7 (released 2016) and above, covering nearly all in-use Android phones in Indonesia. iOS users on version 12 (2018) and above can use the web app; we do not publish a native iOS app but the responsive web interface is optimised for iPhones and iPads. Desktop browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge) on Windows, macOS, and Linux are supported. If your device is older than these minimums, you may experience slow loading or missing features. Check your device settings to confirm the operating system version before proceeding.
Common Installation Issues and Fixes
On Android, the most frequent issue is that "unknown sources" permission is disabled by default. The ibisawin APK is not signed by Google Play, so Android requires explicit user consent. Once you grant this permission, installation completes in seconds. A second issue is SSL certificate warnings on older Android devices; this reflects outdated security libraries on your phone, not a problem with ibisawin. We recommend updating to at least Android 9 if you encounter certificate errors. iOS browser users may see a pop-up asking whether to allow notifications; you may permit or deny this without affecting access. If the web app loads very slowly, clear your browser cache and cookies, then reload.
Data, Permissions, and Account Security
ibisawin requires permission to store data on your device (cache, login tokens, game history) and, on Android, to send you push notifications for live-match updates and withdrawal status. We do not request access to your contacts, camera, or microphone. Your account password is never stored on the device; it is sent securely to our servers on each login. We use industry-standard encryption (TLS 1.2 and above) for all account activity, payment, and personal data in transit. If you lose your device, you can recover your ibisawin account by logging in from another device with your email and password; we can also assist via support. After recovery, we recommend changing your password through account settings. You may revoke app permissions at any time in your device settings; this does not delete your ibisawin account or funds.
Android APK Strengths
